Focus Verse: Galatians 5:22-22New International Version 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentlenesses self-control. Against such things, there is no law.

Just as there are seasons throughout the year, God's love does not change. When I first started my journey with God, I did not know how to walk in love. I was caring and kind, but love is a daily process that I am still inspiring to achieve. Now, I have growing love as a daughter, a mother, and as a caretaker. Now, I am still in the process of demonstrating love. I'm grateful for God's love changes not, but want s each of us to show love. God challenges us to walk in love. According to Galatians 5:22-22New International Version 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentlenesses, and self-control. Against such things, there is no law. How are you showing love today?

Three Things Ways to Show Love

1. Love Your Neighbor – John 13:34-35 SoI give you now a new commandment: Love each other just as much as I have loved you. For when you demonstrate the same love I have for you by loving one another, everyone will know that you’re my true followers.” Displaying God’s love to our neighbor is the most important in a world portraying much evil, uncertainty, and loss. We can express love to our neighbors by giving a helping hand and, for example, giving your neighbor a ride to the grocery store, helping your family member, and much. We can show love in a plethora of ways. A quick text message says, I love you or How you are doing today or say a prayer for a neighbor who may experience significant challenges. Love is the greatest commandment because God has adored you. I would like you to reflect on his quote: "Love is a fruit in season at all times and within reach of every hand."—MOTHER TERESA. 2. Love Your Enemies Luke 6:35 -But love your enemies and continue to treat them well. When you lend money, don't despair if you are never paid back, for it is not lost. You will receive a rich reward, and you will be known as true children of the Highest God, having the same nature, for your Father is famous for his kindness to heal even the thankless and cruel. Love, our enemies can be challenging to do when love has not always been given in return. Despite someone else actions, God desires us to show love to an enemy( a hater) how we show love to an enemy. Treat them well anyway, pray for them, and walk-in love always. You love someone who may have hurt you and much more. God will show you how to love, be kind, and pray for them. Try it today; you can display love first( I am included in this process). Don't allow someone to hinder you from walking in your love for God and people. Love Matters in 2020. Ask yourself a question: How do you love your enemy?

3. Love thy God – As you reflect on displaying the fruit of the Spirit. Think about how you love God, represent God, and the connection to God. If it vital that we love with our whole heart . . Matthew 22:27-Jesus answered, "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. God has shown his love for you by each of us, his son Jesus Christ. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Love Matters in 2020. Ask yourself a question: How do you want to love God?

In Conclusion, As we are in the last quarter of 2020. Love Matters! Remember to love thy neighbor, thy enemies(haters), and love thy God. Just love anyway, anywhere and anytime! God will give you the patience and love to demonstrate in this challenging season of life.

Prayer: God allows me to love in 2020 more than ever before. Please give me the strength to love my neighbor, my enemy, and you, most importantly. I ask that love be displayed in my life. I ask you to reveal the areas of love I can express more than ever. In Jesus Name. Amen!
